Arnica has been used for centuries for trauma, inflammation, and bruising. Arnica contains selenium and arnica ash is also rich in manganese. Both are powerful anti-oxidants in the human body but manganese works as a primary element in healthy bones, wound-healing, and the metabolism of proteins, cholesterol and carbohydrates. United StatesI purchased this for 3 horses out of my herd of 7. It definitely helped my Peruvian Paso with his DSLD and my rescued QH that has DJD, I also started giving it to my 30 yr. Old Arab gelding who is experiencing heavier chronic pain from a stifle surgery he was subjected to many years ago. It’s absolutely wonderful to see happier horses running around, but what is most amazing to me is my 30 yr old mare Crystal! Her conformation is very unfortunate, very long back and her fetlocks are dropping in the hinds, her suspensory ligaments are failing her. So as you can imagine, her stance is always sad and painful looking while she is trying to support her hind end. I started giving her jump for joynt and she has been standing more square than I can remember her doing for years !!! It must be such a relief for her lumbar… below is a picture I took of her today. CanadaI only started using this on Aug 12. My horse seems to really enjoy it. I do drop the oil in a haysaver to make it easier for delivery. I have not worked or rode him yet but watching him in the pasture he looks to be moving a lot better than with the previous supplement I had him on.
